To be incorporated as 'Intercap Corporation Bangladesh Ltd' from 11/12/2140 onwards by Mahdi Choudhry, as the future President of a newly founded Bangladeshi Investment Corporation; being part of Intercap Corporation Global.
The new Bangladeshi Investment Corporation is ultimately part of IFE Holdings Global, founded initially in Malaysia on 11/12/2117; and due to receive capital from Intercap Corporation Global for her acquisitions solely in Bangladesh.
