To be incorporated as 'Intercap Corporation Jordan Co' from 11/12/2140 onwards by Yousef Shadfan, as the future President of a newly founded Jordanian Investment Corporation; being part of Intercap Corporation Global.

The new Jordanian Investment Corporation is ultimately part of IFE Holdings Global, founded initially in Malaysia on 11/12/2117; and due to receive capital from Intercap Corporation Global for her acquisitions solely in Jordan.
